I know it’s not the usual home gym pick, but I’m obsessed with stair workouts. I saw that Ntaifitness makes a compact stepmill for home use—it’s self-powered and about half the size of what you see in commercial gyms.

Matrix and Life Fitness have amazing models, but they’re enormous and cost 3x as much.

Anyone using a stepmill at home? How’s the noise, maintenance, and general footprint?

I’m planning a cardio-heavy home gym focused on vertical training and low joint impact.
